Magic Camp with
Kevin Spacer

International Magician of the Year, Kevin Spencer, teaches campers how to perform incredible magic tricks with everyday objects. This week-long, half-day camp combines learning magic tricks with storytelling, music, theatre, and creative movement. Through the art of magic, campers will explore their curiosity, develop their magical creativity, and discover new confidence. Campers will learn to perform tricks using ropes, cards, rubber bands, paper clips, and how to create a big illusion. Campers will also learn how to select music and write a script to go along with their tricks. When camp concludes at the end of the week, campers will perform a live show for family and friends that is sure to baffle and amaze them all!

Your name will stay on the waiting list until the day that session begins. * Cancellations are unknown and unpredictable events that occur at any time up to and including the first day at camp.

Campers need to be dropped off and picked up at the SKyPAC main entrance at 601 College Street. Campers must sign in every morning and a parent or guardian must sign them out at the end of each session. If someone other than a parent or guardian is picking them up, campers must have a note with them informing the staff.

It is important for Campers to be present at all sessions of camp. If any sessions are missed, Campers may not be able to participate in the final performance. It is also recommended all Campers bring a water bottle labeled with their full name and at least one nutritious snack.

Campers need to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops). If a skirt or dress is worn, there must be shorts or leggings underneath. Please leave all electronic devices at home. Parents, if your Campers need to carry a cell phone, it MUST be silenced during sessions and the performance.

Enrollment will be confirmed by email. Additional camp information will be sent to your email address 2 weeks prior to the session that you are enrolled or, if enrolled “week of” or “day of” you will be provided all information at that time.
