- Assist with load-in and load-out for touring productions and local events
- Help set up and strike audio, lighting, video, or scenic equipment
- Move and assemble set pieces, staging, and production equipment
- Assist with truck loading/unloading for touring productions
- Support general backstage and stage setup tasks
- Work with the production team to ensure events run smoothly and safely
- Hours vary depending on event schedules

SKYPAC is currently compiling a list of Overhire Carpenters to periodically serve in our scenic shop for Ramsey Theatre Company and BGOnstage productions.
Scenic/Carpentry
This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the construction/fabrication, paint, load-in, and strike of scenic/props elements for assigned productions and events.
Props/Paint
SKYPAC is looking for dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our Ticket Office team. Ticket Office Associates play a vital role in the patron experience by assisting patrons with ticket purchases, answering questions, and providing excellent service for concerts, theatrical productions, and special events.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours that vary based on the performance schedule. Work may include daytime, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
No prior experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in live events, customer service, and the performing arts. Informal, on-the-job training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with ticket purchases in person, over the phone, and online
- Provide accurate information about upcoming events, seating, pricing, and policies
- Process transactions using the ticketing system (training provided)
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Support will call and event-day ticket distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming ticket office environment
- Work closely with the marketing and front-of-house teams to support event success
