  • Where is the SKyPAC Ticket Office located?

    The Ticket Office, located in the Laura G. Turner Charitable Foundation Lobby at SKyPAC.

  • What time does the SKyPAC Ticket Office Open?

    Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Curtain Time, whichever is later. On Saturdays and Sundays when an event is scheduled, the Ticket Office opens at least one hour prior to Curtain Time. The Ticket Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday when events are not scheduled.

  • How do I purchase tickets?

    Purchase tickets online at theskypac.com, by telephone at 270-904-1880 or by visiting the SKyPAC Ticket Office.

  • Lost or damaged Tickets?

    Don’t worry, we’re here to help. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. In order to receive reprinted tickets, please have a photo ID or your order confirmation number for the tickets handy. There is $2 per ticket fee for reprinting tickets.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are not available on any ticket unless a performance is cancelled or postponed.

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges within the same show are permitted. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an exchange can be granted on every show. There is a $2 exchange fee per ticket. Exchanges from one show to another show are not available.

  • Group Tickets

    Group tickets are available on most shows. Discounts range from 10 to 15% off of the standard ticket price. Group rates start at 10 or more.

  • Children Tickets

    Discounted tickets for children 12 and under are available on certain shows. Please inquire with the box office for which shows have discounted prices for children.

  • Lap Seat Policy

    Infants one and under will be issued a lap ticket for admittance into the theater. All patrons entering theater must have a ticket. However, in accordance with touring productions and special event policies age for lap seats can differ and be denied.

  • Where is Parking available?

    Parking is available in the Stadium Park Plaza Garage located on College Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. Entrances to the garage are off both 7th and 8th Avenues.

    Drop Off: Patrons may be dropped off near the front doors on College Street. (Note: College Street is one-way running East to West.)
    Premium Parking: Premium parking is available exclusively for Elm Street Society members behind SKyPAC off 6th Street and Center Street for ticketed events at SKyPAC.

  • Weapons

    The safety and well-being of our patrons, artists, and staff are of the upmost importance. To ensure a safe venue for all, the possession of firearms, fireworks, explosives, incendiary devices, knives or weapons of any kind is prohibited at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center’s (SKyPAC’s) property and facilities, except those carried by law enforcement officers who are on duty. All visitors and their belongings, such as bags, purses, and/or similar carrying items, are subject to search and enforcement. Anyone found in violation will be asked to secure the weapon inside their vehicle, or at home, or leave the property immediately. No ticket returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for anyone found in violation of SKyPAC’s weapons ban.
