This holiday season, SKYPAC invites artists of all ages to take part in The Heart of Winter Art Contest, a community-wide celebration of creativity, and connection, generously sponsored by:

SKYPAC’s annual The Heart of Winter Art Contest is opening November 12th and will run through December 16th in our Goodwin Gallery.

We invite our community to submit their own work of art that embodies the “Heart of Winter.” Submit an application to enter the contest before November 5, 2026.

Open to artists ages 5 and up, the contest welcomes 1–2 original works in any visual medium—paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts, and more.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes are awarded to each age group through guest adjudication.

Entries will be on display at SKYPAC November 12 – December 16 with a “People’s Choice Award” given to the entry that receives the most $1.00 votes.

• Photo Pre-Screening & Acceptance Deadline: November 5, 2026
• Artwork Move-In (by appointment): November 9–11, 2026
• Public Display: November 12 – December 16, 2026
• Awards Announced: December 15, 2026
• Artwork Pick-Up: December 17–18, 2026

 Entry Fees
Start at just $10 for youth artists and range up to $20 for adults.
