This summer the Capitol Arts Youth Theater and SKyPAC are teaming up to present the world premiere of an original musical based on Shakespeare’s The Tempest. In this classic tale, the wronged duke Prospero uses his magical powers to lure his enemies to an enchanted island where he hopes to get his revenge. Combining mystery, intrigue, comedy, and romance, this epic show is usually considered Shakespeare’s final masterpiece.
