It was a special, heartfelt morning as we officially “Passed the Baton” to Orchestra Kentucky of Bowling Green & Ramsey Theatre Company‘s new Music Director, Joseph Trafton Jr. 🎶
Jeff Reed founded and led Orchestra Kentucky for 26 remarkable years. The accomplishments, respect, and lasting impact he built for the organization will continue to live on through the strong foundation he created. We are forever thankful for all he has done for this community and for this role, and we know he will continue doing great things as the President & CEO of SKYPAC.
A Bowling Green native, Joseph Trafton attended Warren Central High School before pursuing advanced musical studies and launching an international conducting career spanning more than two decades. Now, he is happy to be home, and Orchestra Kentucky’s future remains bright under his leadership.
